VSS Capital Partners has exited Centroid Systems, a Troy, Michigan-based technology services company founded in 1997. No financial terms were disclosed.

Centroid specializes in Oracle Cloud solutions for middle-market and enterprise clients. VSS Capital Partners invested in the company in 2021, supporting its strategic expansion and growth.
