GenNx360 Capital Partners has sold its Precision Aviation Group (PAG), an Atlanta‑based maintenance, repair and overhaul firm, to VSE Corporation for roughly $2.025 billion. The transaction moves PAG’s 29‑location network into a larger aviation‑services portfolio across North America, Europe, Australia and Brazil, expanding its footprint and enhancing service reach for clients.

Founded in 1996, PAG grew from nine repair stations to 29 locations under GenNx360’s ownership. The deal reflects VSE’s strategy to consolidate aftermarket support for commercial, business and general aviation, leveraging its Miramar, Florida headquarters to streamline operations across a global network for customers and service providers ensuring seamless integration.

VSE, already a leading distributor of aviation parts, sees the acquisition as a way to deepen its repair‑and‑overhaul capabilities. By adding PAG’s seasoned technicians and established facilities, the company can offer end‑to‑end support, reducing downtime for airlines and boosting profitability across its service lines in the short term and long.

The transaction values PAG at just over $2 billion, positioning VSE as a dominant player in the maintenance sector. Investors will watch how the integration plays out, as the deal could set a precedent for future consolidations in the aviation after‑market, potentially reshaping competitive dynamics worldwide for the industry in 2026.
