The acquisition marks a strategic move by Visualize to expand its portfolio in the heavily regulated gaming sector. BMM Testlabs provides testing and certification services to gaming product suppliers, operators, and regulators across six continents.

Founded in 1981, BMM Testlabs has established itself as a trusted third-party testing laboratory in the gaming industry. The company operates under the leadership of Martin Storm, who serves as president and CEO. Visualize Group's founder and managing partner, C. C. Melvin Ike, emphasized that BMM represents exactly the type of irreplaceable business the firm seeks to own in markets where regulatory complexity creates durable demand.
