Private equity firm Vistria Group has acquired Lumen Holdings, an insurance holding company that underwrites commercial property, builders' risk, commercial general liability, personal auto, homeowners and umbrella policies across more than 30 states. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
