PHFM, a Columbus, Ohio-based facilities maintenance platform, was acquired by Vesterra Capital Partners from Powerhouse Services, a Lincolnshire Management portfolio company. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal positions PHFM as a standalone provider of interior and exterior maintenance services for multi‑location businesses across retail, restaurant, healthcare, education, grocery and industrial sectors.

PHFM will keep its current leadership, with CEO Michelle Egan at the helm. Vesterra’s managing partner Maneesh Chawla welcomed the addition, noting that PHFM aligns with Vesterra’s strategy of backing market‑leading service firms that can grow with financial and operational support.

Baird advised Powerhouse and Lincolnshire, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP handled legal work for them. Vesterra’s financial advisors were Citizens and Piper Sandler & Co., and Paul Hastings LLP provided its legal counsel.

The transaction underscores Vesterra’s focus on core sectors and its commitment to accelerating growth for portfolio companies through dedicated resources and expertise.
