Arlington Capital Partners-backed TRP Infrastructure Services, a provider of roadway pavement marking and traffic control services, has announced the completion of five add-on acquisitions. These acquisitions are aimed at expanding TRP's presence in the Southeast and Central US markets.

Each of the acquired companies—Interstate Barricades & Markings, Alamo Roadway Materials, Traffic Control Products, DIJ Construction, and Batterson LLP—will be integrated into a new TRP platform named Gulf Highway Materials. This new division will focus on thermoplastic manufacturing, establishing a plastic pavement markings production capability. This move will allow TRP to better serve customers in Texas, Mississippi, and the wider Southeast region, while also providing a cost-effective supplier for its own pavement marking projects.

"TRP’s expansion reflects Arlington’s commitment to building purpose-driven companies that are essential to the future of America’s infrastructure," stated Mark Giragosian, a principal at Arlington Capital. The founders of the acquired companies will join TRP, continuing to lead business operations. Arlington Capital acquired TRP in mid-2021.
