TJC has agreed to acquire Sunbelt Solomon, a provider of complete lifecycle power solutions based in Temple, Texas, from Trilantic North America. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sunbelt Solomon operates 42 locations across the US, Canada, and Chile, employing over 1,600 team members. Gus Cedeño is the CEO of Sunbelt Solomon.

Jim Sikorski, a principal at TJC, stated that Sunbelt Solomon is positioned at the forefront of key power infrastructure trends, including grid modernization, industrial reshoring, data center expansion, and renewable energy. He highlighted the company's integrated service offering and experienced management team as key strengths.

The acquisition is anticipated to finalize in the third quarter of 2026.
