Sky Knight Capital will invest in Apex Infusion, a Signal Hill, California-based infusion services provider. No financial terms were disclosed. FFL Partners will remain a minority investor in the company. Apex has approximately 40 ambulatory infusion suite locations. Moussie Haile serves as CEO and co‑founder of Apex.
