Singlepoint Healthcare, a Wood Dale, Illinois firm backed by DFW Capital Partners, announced the purchase of Texas‑based infusion services provider Healix. The deal adds more than 220 physician‑owned and ambulatory infusion centers to Singlepoint’s portfolio, extending its reach into the U.S. market for inflammatory‑disease treatment. This marks the company’s third acquisition within twelve months, and signals a broader consolidation trend.

Healix, headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, has built a network that serves both independent physicians and health systems, offering chemotherapy, biologic infusions and supportive care. By integrating Healix, Singlepoint gains immediate access to established contracts and referral pathways, potentially boosting revenue per patient and lowering overhead through shared services, while enhancing its competitive positioning in a fragmented market for investors.

The acquisition follows Singlepoint’s earlier purchases of The Boster Center for Multiple Sclerosis and IV Solutions, which together launched the firm in July 2025. Analysts view the rapid roll‑up as a strategy to achieve scale and bargaining power with drug manufacturers. With 220 infusion centers now under its banner, Singlepoint can negotiate better pricing and expand its service footprint nationwide.
