RiverGlade-backed Dynamic Access has acquired Picc Stat, a Minneapolis-based family-owned vascular access services provider. The Dallas-based company, which specializes in on-demand vascular access care for hospitals and healthcare facilities, announced the acquisition as part of its expansion strategy.

Dynamic Access received investment from RiverGlade Capital in 2021 and has been actively consolidating the vascular access market. The company previously acquired Priority PICC Solutions, I.V. Nurse Consultants, and Complete Intravenous Access Services under RiverGlade's ownership.

Picc Stat provides round-the-clock vascular access care and products at lower costs, serving patients across Minnesota. Dynamic Access plans to enhance Picc Stat's operations by providing additional clinical, operational, and technology resources to accelerate growth and improve service delivery.
