RGreen Invest has committed €52.4 million to Geogreen through its Infragreen V fund, positioning the holding company as the cornerstone investor for Arverne's upcoming ORANE bond issuance. Geogreen controls Arverne, a French geothermal services provider led by founder and CEO Pierre Brossollet.

The transaction strengthens Geogreen's role within Arverne's capital structure while securing representation on the company's board. RGreen's Alexis Broders will serve as Geogreen's director on Arverne's board, creating direct alignment between the investor and operating company.

For Arverne, this funding provides crucial capital to advance its geothermal energy projects across France. The ORANE bond will likely finance infrastructure development in a sector gaining momentum as European nations seek renewable energy alternatives amid energy security concerns.
