Austin-based LaunchPad Home Group, which is backed by RFE Investment Partners, has acquired Key Inspection Services, a home inspection company serving the Seattle metropolitan area and surrounding Washington communities. The acquisition marks LaunchPad's entry into the Pacific Northwest region.

Founder Brandon Brockway-Ring will continue leading the business as vice president of operations for Key Inspection Services under LaunchPad. The deal represents a strategic expansion for the residential services provider as it extends its footprint beyond its Texas base into the Pacific Northwest market.

LaunchPad operates as a provider of home inspection and residential services, and this acquisition adds Key Inspection Services' established presence in the Seattle area to its portfolio.
