The deal expands Ramarketing's footprint in the North American market while combining ISR's market intelligence capabilities with Ramarketing's marketing and strategy services.

The acquisition brings together two complementary businesses in the life sciences sector. ISR Market Research is known for its primary research with pharmaceutical and biotechnology buyers across contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and contract research organizations (CROs). The firm will maintain its brand identity, organizational structure, and leadership team under CEO Kate Hammeke.

This strategic move strengthens Ramarketing's position as a data-driven commercial partner for life sciences clients globally. The Newcastle-based agency can now offer enhanced evidence-based decision-making support across the pharma services market.
