The deal unites Radiant and Ori Industries, integrating Ori's software with Radiant's hardware and capital. Radiant builds AI factories for enterprises, while Ori provides a distributed platform. Brookfield executive Vishal Padiyar stated this merger creates a unique platform lowering compute costs and raising performance standards.

The combined entity will expand NVIDIA AI infrastructure partnerships. This strategic alignment positions the new company as a major player in sovereign and enterprise AI infrastructure markets.
