Partners Group has entered exclusive discussions to acquire beauty and wellness company Aroma-Zone from Eurazeo at an enterprise value of around €2 billion. Founded in 1999, Aroma-Zone has tripled revenues since 2021 with a 36 percent CAGR, expanded its store count seven-fold, and grown its active customer base to more than five million. Eurazeo will retain a significant minority stake, and Partners Group plans to accelerate omnichannel growth across Europe.

In a potential take-private, CVC and Veritas Capital are pursuing Bodycote, a heat treatment and metallurgical services provider. CVC offers 915p per share, valuing total equity at £1.56 billion, while Veritas bids 914p. The Bodycote board is minded to recommend either proposal unanimously. Apollo previously offered 885p in May but withdrew in June.
