Oakley Capital has agreed to invest in Groupe Senef, a cloud vertical software services provider in France, as Isatis Capital fully exits its minority stake held since 2023. The transaction marks Oakley's entry into the French business software sector, following Senef's successful development of specialized solutions for service industries.

Founded in 2010 by Momar Mbaye and Tariq Hamadouch, Senef operates from Neuilly-sur-Seine and supports approximately 2,000 clients across commercial cleaning, home care, security, and hospitality sectors. The company's mission-critical software handles back-office administration, workforce management, payroll compliance, and invoicing for people-intensive services businesses.

Oakley's investment will fuel Senef's expansion into advanced automation and AI capabilities while enabling selective strategic acquisitions. The funding allows the French software provider to enhance its product offerings and extend market reach in a competitive sector where specialized operational tools command premium valuations.
