Nordic Capital has agreed to sell Aris Global to Dassault Systèmes. The transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2026, marks the end of a partnership that began when the private‑equity firm first invested in 2019 and added a second round in 2021.

Founded in 1989, Aris Global is a Waltham, Massachusetts‑based provider of software to the life sciences industry. Its client base includes numerous pharmaceutical and biotech companies and regulatory authorities.

Nordic Capital invested because the business had strong fundamentals, a loyal blue‑chip client base and significant potential to modernize its technology and scale its commercial reach. Partner Daniel Berglund said the firm worked closely with Aman and his team to transform the company into a leading cloud‑native platform with differentiated AI‑enabled capabilities, strengthening its market position.

Evercore and Jefferies LLC served as financial advisors, while Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal counsel. The sale underscores the growing demand for cloud‑native solutions in the life sciences sector.
