German investment firm Mutares has completed the sale of its portfolio company Kalzip to Tremco Construction Products Group, a division of RPM International. The aluminum roofing and facade systems provider generates approximately €75 million in annual revenue. The transaction marks another successful exit for Mutares' investment strategy in specialized industrial businesses.

Kalzip specializes in aluminum roofs, facades, and building envelopes, serving the construction industry with innovative solutions. Tremco CPG, part of RPM International, is a major provider of construction products, specialty coatings, and sealing products. This acquisition strengthens Tremco's position in the building envelope systems market and expands its portfolio of architectural solutions.
