Monogram Capital Partners has acquired Schubert Tennis, a Cincinnati-based provider of tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport court services, as part of its portfolio company Vasco's growth strategy. The acquisition expands Vasco's geographic footprint into the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Southeast Indiana, Columbus, and Dayton markets. Schubert Tennis specializes in asphalt and clay court construction, resurfacing, and maintenance services.

Vasco, headquartered in Massillon, Ohio, was acquired by Monogram in January 2025 with support from Halmos Capital Partners. The deal brings Rusty Schubert and Jeff Parish, Schubert's owner-operators, into the combined organization where they will continue in their leadership roles. This strategic move strengthens Monogram's position in the sports facility services sector by consolidating regional players.

The acquisition reflects ongoing consolidation in the specialized sports infrastructure market, where private equity firms are targeting fragmented regional providers. By combining Vasco's existing operations with Schubert's established customer base across multiple Ohio and Kentucky markets, the platform aims to achieve operational efficiencies and cross-selling opportunities in the growing pickleball and multi-sport court segments.
