Momentum Environmental, backed by Nonantum Capital Partners, has acquired certain assets of Corbett Industrial Cleaning Services (CICS), a Menands, New York-based environmental services provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Momentum Environmental is a Bath, New York-based provider of environmental and industrial services.

This transaction marks Momentum Environmental's fourth acquisition since 2024. With this acquisition, Momentum Environmental now operates three New York State Department of Environmental Conservation-permitted waste processing facilities and seven service locations in Bath, Lancaster, Rochester, Syracuse, Oswego, Tonawanda, and Albany, New York. As part of the acquisition, CICS founder Craig Corbett will serve as director of operations for Momentum's eastern region. CICS was founded in 2015.
