4M Building Solutions, backed by O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning and Rainbow Maintenance Services, marking its 15th and 16th acquisitions since the partnership began in January 2023. The deals strengthen 4M's position as a leading commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, 4M operates across 27 states spanning the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and Western regions. Founded in 1978, the company has grown through a consistent acquisition strategy, adding scale and geographic reach.

Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning, based in Mayfield, Kentucky, and Rainbow Maintenance Services, headquartered in Elgin, Illinois, both provide commercial janitorial services. The acquisitions complement 4M's existing operations and extend its presence in key regional markets.
