Mill Point Capital-backed AeriTek has acquired Continental Refrigerator and National Comfort Products brands, marking the company's third North American acquisition in less than eight months. The deal expands AeriTek's commercial refrigeration footprint, adding Continental's commercial kitchen equipment portfolio that includes coolers, freezers, sandwich prep worktops, pizza prep units, and griddle stands.

Continental and National Comfort Products, both founded in 1989, were based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania before the acquisition. The brands' long-standing presence in the commercial refrigeration market complements AeriTek's existing operations as a provider of commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment. Headquartered in Kennesaw, Georgia, AeriTek has been aggressively expanding its market position through strategic acquisitions.

This acquisition strategy demonstrates AeriTek's commitment to consolidating the fragmented commercial refrigeration sector. By acquiring established brands with decades of market presence, AeriTek strengthens its competitive position and expands its product offerings to meet growing demand in the foodservice equipment industry.
