Innovatus Capital Partners-backed Meet The People (MPT) has acquired The Loomis Agency, a Dallas-based advertising firm established in 1984. MPT, headquartered in New York City, functions as an advertising holding company serving both large and mid-sized clients.

This acquisition also encompasses The Loomis Agency’s digital marketing division, iluminere. Mike Sullivan serves as the CEO of The Loomis Agency. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Meet The People aims to leverage this acquisition to expand its service offerings and client base within the advertising and marketing sector. The integration of The Loomis Agency and iluminere is expected to create synergies that will enhance MPT's overall capabilities and market position.
