Lightyear Capital has made a majority growth investment in Prosperity Partners, a Chicago-headquartered tax, client accounting, and transaction support services firm. Unity Partners, which invested in Prosperity in April 2023, will maintain a minority stake in the company following the transaction.

Jeremy Dubow serves as CEO and co-founder of Prosperity, which was founded in 2003. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, marking a significant milestone for the professional services platform.

The investment positions Prosperity Partners for accelerated growth in the tax and accounting sector, leveraging Lightyear Capital's expertise in financial services and business services investments. Unity Partners' continued involvement provides continuity for the management team and existing strategy.
