Headquartered in Poole, the company operates Flex 247, its proprietary technology platform that helps vehicle leasing companies manage fleets more efficiently through 24/7 service, maintenance, and repair support.

Founded in 2004 as a family-run business, i247 now employs 270 people and manages over one million vehicles for major clients including Alphabet, Arval, Ayvens, Lex Autolease, Novuna Vehicle Solutions, and Volkswagen Financial Services. The company's SaaS division provides custom technology solutions to the automotive industry.

The investment will fuel i247's ambitious growth strategy, enabling expansion of its product portfolio both in the UK and internationally. The funding will also support technological innovation to strengthen its platform, unlock new capabilities, and help customers capitalize on emerging opportunities such as connected vehicles and AI.
