KKR-backed FGS Global, a strategic communications firm, has acquired Rich Feuer Anderson (RFA), a bipartisan government affairs firm based in Washington, D.C. This acquisition aims to integrate RFA's advocacy and regulatory experience with FGS's strengths in strategic communications, transaction advisory, and crisis management.

FGS Global, formerly Finsbury Glover Hering and Sard Verbinnen and owned by KKR funds since 2024, stated that clients in dynamic sectors like financial services and energy require integrated Washington policy depth, regulatory access, and top-tier communications.

RFA, established in 2003, provides counsel to Fortune 500 companies and startups on regulatory and legislative policy. This marks FGS's second acquisition of a government affairs firm, following the September 2025 acquisition of Tarplin, Downs & Young.
