Infinite, a communications and reputation management firm backed by ParkSouth Ventures, has acquired Greentarget UK, a financial and professional services communications agency. The deal strengthens Infinite's position in the European market and adds specialized expertise in financial sector communications.

The acquisition more than doubles Infinite's footprint in London, significantly expanding its UK operations. Greentarget brings deep relationships with financial institutions and professional services firms, complementing Infinite's existing client base in reputation management and corporate communications.

Jeff Watt, Greentarget's managing director, joins Infinite's management team and will lead European operations post-acquisition. This leadership addition provides Infinite with established industry connections and local market knowledge as it scales internationally.

The transaction represents a strategic move to consolidate communications services in the financial sector, where specialized expertise commands premium pricing. For ParkSouth Ventures, the deal accelerates portfolio company growth while diversifying service offerings to capture larger market share.
