Inflexion has acquired a minority stake in Marktlink Capital, a Benelux investment platform providing private investors access to private equity, venture capital and private credit funds across Europe and North America. The investment comes through Partnership Capital III, Inflexion's dedicated minority fund, expanding its presence in the wealth management and alternative investments sector.

Marktlink Group will remain a shareholder following the transaction, preserving its existing partnership with the Amsterdam-based platform. Marktlink Capital connects entrepreneurs and families with private markets opportunities, bridging the gap between traditional private equity structures and individual investors seeking diversification.
