HOF Capital's consortium has completed the €1 billion acquisition of Porsche's equity interests in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group. HOF now holds a 23.5 percent stake in Rimac Group, becoming its largest shareholder, while Rimac Group retains its 55 percent controlling interest in Bugatti Rimac. The deal, originally announced in April 2026, closed following regulatory approvals.

HOF Capital secured three supervisory board seats across the two companies. Hisham Elhaddad, co-founder and managing partner of HOF Capital, joined the supervisory boards of both Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group. Josh Klaczek, a partner at HOF Capital, was appointed to the Rimac Group board as the firm's second representative.

The consortium, comprised of US and European institutional investors, was originated and led by HOF Capital. HOF Capital's acquisition values Porsche's combined stakes at approximately €1 billion.
