HealthScape Advisors, a payer advisory firm backed by Blackstone and Audax Private Equity, has acquired PayerAlly, an independent pharmacy consulting firm based in Orlando and New York City. The deal, led by Chartis, a private equity firm, expands HealthScape's footprint in pharmacy benefit management and optimization. PayerAlly, founded in 2022, specializes in strategy, procurement, and cost-saving solutions for pharmacies. Its leadership team, including Will McHugh, Bill Guerci, and Kerri Tanner, will continue overseeing operations under the HealthScape umbrella.

The acquisition signals a strategic move to consolidate expertise in independent pharmacy advisory services.
