GreenArrow, a provider of advanced transportation infrastructure and electrical services backed by CAI Capital Partners, has acquired three transportation technology firms: The Narwhal Group, HBC Company, and Atlantic Transportation Systems.

Based in East Chicago, Indiana, GreenArrow operates across the US. The Narwhal Group, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, offers transportation products and services. HBC Company, operating out of Lodi, New Jersey, specializes in electrical services for highway and intersection lighting, intelligent transportation systems, and aviation lighting.

Atlantic Transportation Systems (ATS), based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, focuses on the installation and maintenance of traffic signals, streetlights, and intelligent transportation systems. This acquisition expands GreenArrow's capabilities within the transportation technology sector.
