Gorgeous Collective, a multi-brand beauty and wellness franchise backed by MPK Equity Partners, has completed its first acquisition since launching in 2026: skincare franchise Clean Your Dirty Face. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Gorgeous Collective supports franchise concepts with operating support, shared services, and growth capital, while maintaining brand identity.

Gorgeous Collective is anchored by Image Studios, which MPK Equity Partners invested in during 2024. Clean Your Dirty Face, based in Chicago, offers 30-minute facials and an esthetician-formulated product line, with 33 locations across the U.S.

The acquisition will provide Clean Your Dirty Face access to Gorgeous Collective’s centralized operating infrastructure, encompassing technology, marketing, franchise development, real estate, construction, supply chain, and data-driven growth strategies. MPK Equity Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, invests in sectors including home services, healthcare, wellness and beauty, restaurants, and youth enrichment.
