Golub Capital has invested in Church's Texas Chicken, a fast-food chain with over 1,500 restaurants globally. The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Church's Texas Chicken, founded in 1952, was acquired in 2021 by High Bluff Capital Partners and Future Standard. This new capital infusion is intended to accelerate the chain's next phase of growth and expansion.

Ryan Pitt, principal at High Bluff Capital Partners, stated that the investment "reflects the progress we've made and will help further accelerate our growth plans." In conjunction with this transaction, Church's has appointed Bobby Morena as chief development officer to spearhead US expansion. This marks Golub Capital's second financing for Church's since 2024.
