Gemspring Capital Management has injected capital into Philadelphia‑based motorcycle parts retailer Comoto, adding a fresh layer of support to the company that owns Cycle Gear, RevZilla and J&P Cycles.

The move comes after Comoto’s founding in 2016, with Prospect Hill Growth Partners remaining the majority owner. No financial terms were disclosed, but the minority stake signals confidence in the retailer’s growth trajectory.

Comoto’s president and CEO, Zach Parham, noted that the new partnership will help expand product lines and strengthen e‑commerce capabilities. Investors will watch how the infusion impacts market share against competitors.

With Gemspring’s backing, Comoto positions itself to capture a larger slice of the motorcycle‑accessory market, potentially boosting revenue streams and solidifying its brand presence across the United States.
