Private equity firm Fulcrum Capital Partners has invested in GlassMasters Autoglass, a Calgary-based auto glass replacement and repair company. The investment marks the sixth platform investment for Fulcrum's Private Equity Fund VI, which closed in 2022. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001, GlassMasters provides windshield repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services across Western Canada. The company serves both retail and commercial customers through its multi-location network of in-shop and mobile service operations. GlassMasters is led by president and CEO Roger Tulk.

Fulcrum partner Graham Flater said the firm was drawn to GlassMasters' commitment to customer service and proven operating model. With vehicle technology advancements driving demand for specialized aftermarket services, Fulcrum believes GlassMasters is well positioned for continued growth. This investment expands Fulcrum's portfolio in the automotive services sector.
