Woven Solutions, backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, has acquired Valence, a Washington, DC-based government consultancy. This marks Woven's third acquisition since securing investment from Falfurrias in August 2025. No financial terms were disclosed.

The Reston, Virginia-based company provides software for the national security community. Valence, founded by Kyle Waters, focuses on helping mission organizations harness commercial technology and partnerships in practical, operationally meaningful ways. The acquisition pairs Valence's mission expertise with Woven's world-class software engineering and cloud capabilities.

Lamkin Road and Greenberg Traurig served as Valence's financial and legal advisors, respectively, while Holland and Knight advised Woven. This strategic move accelerates the delivery of secure, scalable solutions to customers in the national security sector. The acquisition strengthens Woven's position in the government technology market following its recent investment from Falfurrias.
