MML Keystone-backed Evaaro has acquired Keg Logistics and North Keg to expand its keg management platform across North America and Europe. The combination with Evaaro's existing ekeg business creates a comprehensive keg pooling and leasing operation serving the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, and EU markets.

Headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, Keg Logistics provides kegs for breweries while Mississauga-based North Keg operates as a keg leasing company. The acquisitions integrate these specialized providers into Evaaro's sustainable circular beverage keg management platform, enhancing its service offerings and geographic reach.

Seaport Capital was among the sellers in the transaction. This strategic expansion positions Evaaro as a dominant player in the keg management industry, leveraging MML Keystone's backing to consolidate fragmented market segments. The platform now offers end-to-end solutions from keg pooling to leasing across multiple continents.
