Eurazeo has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Miya Water through its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (EPBF). Miya helps water utilities cut non-revenue water (NRW) through projects across five continents since 2007. Eurazeo will support growth via M&A and international expansion. "We believe that water efficiency will become one of the defining infrastructure challenges of the coming decades," said managing partners Erwann Le Ligné and Wilfried Piskula.

Blackstone has agreed to sell Clarion, a UK-based B2B events company operating over 100 brands, to Informa for an enterprise value of £2.24 billion ($3.0 billion). Clarion's 10 largest franchises account for two-thirds of revenue. The multiple is 11.1x expected 2027 EBITDA, falling to about 8x including synergies. Revenue is expected to exceed £575 million in 2027 with margins above 30%.

Other transactions include Apposite Capital selling Crest Optics to Evident and Searchlight Capital acquiring Kredinor from Spare Bank 1 Gruppen.
