Miller Environmental Group, a portfolio company of Coalesce Capital, has acquired Haz-Mat Environmental Services and Canco, expanding its industrial and waste treatment operations across the southeastern US.

Miller, operating in over 35 locations nationwide, now adds Charlotte, North Carolina-based Haz-Mat and Chester, South Carolina-based Canco to its portfolio. These acquisitions strengthen Miller's regional presence in industrial services, particularly waste treatment and disposal, aligning with Coalesce's strategy to build a diversified environmental services platform.
