Regimen Equity Partners' portfolio company Central Builders' Supply has acquired substantially all operating assets of Lumberworld Operations, including underlying real estate and an adjacent redevelopment parcel, in the Greater Victoria region of British Columbia. Lumberworld, located near the intersection of Quadra and Mac Kenzie in Victoria, was established more than 50 years ago under the Flaig family ownership and has served homeowners, contractors, and commercial customers throughout Greater Victoria.

With this addition, CBS now operates seven locations across Vancouver Island, spanning major markets from Victoria to Campbell River. The acquisition complements the recent opening of a new CBS location in Langford. Gerry Bellerive, managing director at Regimen, stated that Lumberworld is a complementary location to the existing six Vancouver Island stores and the timing positions the company to benefit from future improvement in the construction industry.
