Capitol Meridian Partners has hired Maisha Glover as operating partner. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she most recently served as a partner.

In her new role, Glover will assess investment opportunities, serve on portfolio company boards, and partner with CMP portfolio companies from diligence through exit. "Maisha brings exactly the kind of operating depth and strategic perspective our portfolio companies need to help the defense and national security customers they serve stay ahead of an evolving threat environment," said Brooke Coburn, CMP founding partner. "Her experience transforming and scaling technology businesses strengthens our ability to create lasting value across the portfolio."

Maisha is CMP's ninth operating partner. Headquartered in Washington, DC, CMP was founded in 2021.
