Bowmark Capital has acquired a majority stake in InfraXmedia from Opus Origin. InfraXmedia is a B2B media, events and intelligence platform for the global data center, compute and AI infrastructure sector, with brands DatacenterDynamics, Yotta, Data Center Nation and SDxCentral. The company’s revenue has grown more than 40% annually in recent years, driven by international events expansion.

Bowmark’s backing includes a new market intelligence product called DCD Intelligence and expanded AI capabilities. Chief executive Dan Loosemore will continue leading InfraXmedia through its next growth phase. Bowmark, a UK private equity firm focused on technology, data and services companies, manages more than £2 billion ($2.7 billion; €2.3 billion) in funds and invests up to £300 million per transaction.
