Private equity firm Atlas Holdings has secured a strategic minority investment from Blackstone and Blue Owl. The deal, confirmed by PE Hub, involves Blackstone's Global Private Equity Group and Blue Owl Capital taking a stake in Atlas, a firm founded in 2002 and based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Atlas manages a diversified portfolio of 30 industrial, manufacturing, and distribution businesses. Ward Young, Blackstone's Chief Investment Officer, highlighted Atlas's ability to transform complex industrial assets into more resilient enterprises, aligning with Blackstone's investment philosophy. The strategic partnership aims to deepen resources and support Atlas's portfolio companies.
