Big Top Manufacturing, a prominent provider of engineered fabric structures and a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has successfully acquired critical assets from Coast to Coast Contracting. Based in Hollywood, Florida, Coast to Coast Contracting operates as an installation services provider and general contractor.

While the specific financial terms regarding this transaction were not disclosed, the move marks a significant expansion for Big Top Manufacturing. The acquisition is intended to bolster the company's service offerings and operational reach within the engineered fabric structures industry.
