ATC Group, backed by AE Industrial Partners, has acquired PAS MRO, a Bristow, Oklahoma‑based bearing‑repair specialist. The deal expands ATC’s footprint in component maintenance, repair and overhaul for the global aerospace sector. Both firms, founded in 1998 and 2003 respectively, will continue operating under their existing teams and leadership.

PAS MRO’s president, Jim Agee, will remain in charge, ensuring operational continuity. The acquisition positions ATC to strengthen its service catalogue amid rising demand for in‑flight maintenance solutions. With a history dating back to 2003, PAS MRO brings niche expertise in bearing repair that complements ATC’s broader MRO capabilities.

The transaction underscores AE Industrial Partners’ strategy to deepen its aerospace portfolio. By integrating PAS MRO’s specialized capabilities, ATC can offer a more comprehensive repair suite to airlines and OEMs. The move strengthens its competitive edge in a market where component reliability remains paramount.

Industry analysts note that the combined entity will be better positioned to meet the growing demand for rapid turnaround services in North America. Customers can expect faster turnaround times and access to a broader range of repair technologies, potentially reducing downtime and operating costs across the fleet.
