Argosy Private Equity has exited its investment in InTech Aerospace, a Houston-based company that provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for both commercial and military aircraft. The exit came as a result of CCE Group's acquisition of the aerospace services provider.

Azalea Capital, InTech's previous backer, also exited its investment following the acquisition. Beyond MRO services, InTech offers custom engineering and manufacturing of interior aircraft components, serving a specialized niche in the aerospace aftermarket sector.

The transaction represents a typical private equity exit pattern in the aerospace services space, where strategic acquirers consolidate fragmented maintenance providers to achieve scale across commercial and defense customer bases. This deal underscores the ongoing consolidation trend in aerospace MRO, with private equity sponsors seeking liquidity events as strategic buyers look to expand their capabilities and geographic reach.
