Rotunda Capital Partners' portfolio company Air Pro Diagnostics has merged with Revv, an AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows processing more than one million vehicles annually. The combination integrates Air Pro's diagnostics and calibration execution with Revv's software and AI infrastructure for managing the full ADAS repair process, from identifying required calibrations to documenting completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement. Air Pro chief executive Willem du Toit will lead the combined entity as chief executive, with Revv co-founder Rohit Bathla serving as president and chief innovation officer and joining the board.

Revv's co-founder and chief technology officer Chris Gutierrez will serve as senior vice president of technology and product integration. Revv's founders will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the combined company. Rohit Bathla also founded the United ADAS Collective, a professional organization for the ADAS calibration community that has grown to more than 1,600 members in under a year and is now part of the combined company. Mike Moran, partner at Rotunda, said ADAS complexity has grown structurally since the firm first partnered with Air Pro in 2025. Jefferies advised Air Pro and Rotunda on the transaction, while William Blair advised Revv.
