Infrastructure Funds Draw Significant Capital

Infrastructure funds are drawing substantial capital, with Digital Colony Partners (DTCP) on its latest European digital infrastructure fund. The value-add fund has secured two-thirds of its target approximately seven months after launch. In parallel, Brookfield's Csquare for data centers with a $1.35 billion initial public offering, offering its private infrastructure fund a rare public exit from the sector. Separately, EQT for power and data center assets, while Rivage has for its debt fund.

Private Equity Expands Healthcare Reach

Private equity continues to target the healthcare sector, with TA Associates in AIRS Medical. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the investment is intended to accelerate AIRS Medical's global expansion.
