Copley Equity-backed FMG Leading completed its acquisition of Broadbranch Advisors at the end of July, expanding its advisory footprint. Sunoco agreed to acquire Court Square-backed fuel distributor Offen Petroleum for $600m, a business delivering roughly 2.5 billion gallons annually to approximately 7,000 customers. MPK Equity-backed Gorgeous Collective acquired Clean Your Dirty Face, marking the platform's first deal since its launch earlier in 2026.

Fund Investments

Tortuga Growth Partners made an investment in Advanced eClinical Training out of its Tortuga Growth Partners Fund I, L.P., backing the clinical training provider's growth plans. Pantheon backed a new credit vehicle sponsored by BlackRock's BDC, which will house over $500m of debt positions held by TCPC, with pricing set at 95% of gross fair value as of 31 December 2025. The deal underscores continued institutional appetite for credit secondaries as sponsors seek liquidity in private debt portfolios.
