TJC is targeting a November final close for its seventh flagship fund, Resolute Fund VII, with a hard-cap of $2bn above its initial goal. In a separate deal to acquire Anthem Entertainment’s music assets for over $600m, including catalogs with more than 24,000 songs. AIP has completed its take-private buyout of medical technology firm Avanos Medical, offering stockholders $25 per share in cash.

Software and Technology Deals

Partners set to acquire software firm Quantios from Hg. Hg had initially invested in the business, then known as Trust Quay, in 2022, before merging it with EQT-owned View Point in 2023 to form Quantios.
